when someone (usually a child but sometimes a nerd) is strung out and hyperactive and begins to say things that are nonsensical yet highly charged. can be caused by sugar, caffeine or late nights.
it was four in the morning. they had no marijuana only espresso and foolishness to fire their spirits.after twelve shots and a ridiculous noise compet-tion, everything began to combust into fizzpop anarchy.
