flagiggle
a flaggigle is a case in which somebody has committed second degree rape. like in a case of s-xual har-ssment of your friends. usually the person commiting a flaggilge is joking, while the other person who is affected by the flaggigle does not think it’s a joke.
also a court case called second degree rape.
