3. one who does entirely r-t-rded or f-cked up things out of sheer lack of mental competence or inhibitions of speech.
4. someone for whom commercially marketed and socially popular insults such as f-g, douchebag, r-t-rd, etc. will not do justice to the extreme stupidity of their nature.
