when a bunch of chickens are all together in a chicken coop and one of them gets fl-stered and this chicken begins to cluck. this d-mned clucking makes all the other chickens get fl-stered and before you know it, all them stupid chickens are clucking.
when that bush-wit got fl-stered about the wmd’s he started clucking, and before you know it, all them other bush-wits got fl-stered and they all started clucking.
that’s how we got into this fl-ster cluck.
a miserable disorganized event, similar to a cl-ster f-ck, however, a splendid time was had by all. shared misery with friends.

similar to its reverse, meaning a compounded fiasco where many things are going wrong at once, but in this case, fl-stered individuals are all talking at once, trying to solve the problem and getting nowhere. the word evokes the sound and image of a group of frightened hens.
