combination of fob and starbucks
a starbucks staffed by “fresh off the boat” immigrants (esp. asians-americans), in constrast to most starbucks which are staffed by white hipster types. more common on university campuses because visa restrictions restrict international students to working on campus.
this fob-bucks isn’t as good as the starbucks off campus
