a term used to describe the effects of becoming intoxicated by any substance.
origin- a really f-cking burntout dude walks up to these guys as they are pouring water over a dude’s jeep in the middle of winter. he is so burntout he suspects that the jeep’s owner is inside, and he asks “what, are ya freezin em in there?”
