for people lacking the time to fully pr-nounce the word fresh when trying to describe something as cool or awesome, freh provides an alternate synonymic word which rolls off the tongue significantly better.
“where did you get this rain coat? sh-t’s mad freh!”
similar to “meh” or “bleh”.. describing a general blah feeling.
“how are you feeling?”
“freh… you?”
