a burpee performed in such a half–ssed manner that it can no longer be considered a burpee, but an impression of an overweight fish attempting to walk on dry land.
consists flailing to the ground, slowly uprighting yourself, putting your hands over your head like you are about to jump and fluidly flailing to the ground again, all while never actually breaking contact with the ground
