geek betty
an attractive girl who intentionally develops an interest in traditionally geeky activities such as tabletop rpgs, strategy games, star trek, manga or larp. in the case of a geek betty this is often done in order to create common interests with the geeky boys who interest her.
“dude, nigel! why is mich-lle always crashing our weekly ad&d game? i mean she doesn’t even know what a saving throw is!”
“well, mervin, i suspect it’s not about the game. i wouldn’t be surprised if she were joining our group because she’s physically attracted to you and is expressing interest in your hobby in order to get close to you.”
