when acting as a bench press spotter for a male partner, glifting involves dangling ones t-st-cl-s into the mouth of the lifter on the press. similar to ‘teabagging’ but specific to male bodybuilders – derivation is believed to come from a combination of ‘gay’ and ‘lifting’.
