a soft chewy, cheesy, delicious creation from taco bell. a slang term for the cheesy gordita crunch, it just tastes better when you say gordaco. a hard taco topped with pepper jack sauce inside of flat bread attached with melted cheese.
after the usf football game, the mean fans enjoyed gordacos and cheesy fiesta potatoes.
