Greenburgh
the best town in westchester county. its got the good part a.k.a. the villages including dobbs ferry elmsford hastings invington etc. and the hood part. aka from manhattan ave to the hills and everything in between and the surrounding areas. and is patrolled by greenburghs finest. aka gpd most crimes are committed in the manhattan ave area. this is a predominately blood area so you may hear a soowooppp or a ck here or there. and our town supervisor is slightly special ed. but its all good.
