a term used to discribe the crippling headache experienced during s-xual gratification when hungover. the headache becomes more painful the closer the individual is to reaching -rg-sm. the pleasure felt in the genitals spurs the individual to continue despite the increasing pain.
a hungover roger pounded into denise with unwavering resolve. what started as a mild headache soon developed into a unbearably painful headachasm as both pleasure and pain peaked at the same time.
