it simply means “h-ll naw”, but it really means “no.”
it’s used to describe surprise and opposition towards a comment and/or situation. usually in a major way
woman: i need a huge favor.
man: what.
woman: will you pay my rent and bills? i’ll give you something to make it worth your while.
man: h-ll to the naw!!!!!!!! you just gonna use me, then set me up.
whitney houston’s version of “h-ll no.”
friend: you like that dude?
responder: oh h-ll to the naw!
