a common phrase used during the act of s-x or masturbation, usually exclusively used by men. it signifies appraoching -rg-sm and/or -j-c-l-t–n. the ending “c-m” is a play on the word come, and in turn derived from the common term c-m.

a warning given near the end of coitus, usually directed toward a female from a male
guy having s-x with girl: “i’m gonna c-m!”
