immediate family – the ability to be able to stay married to the same jerk for the duration, so that you children will be able to say the goodbyes at funerals showings when a loved one p-sses on.
only a jerk would tell a grandchild that they can watch their grandmother suffer for months then not allow them to attend the viewing as it is for immediate family only.
