the unability to sleep due to much interest in the world around you. common distractions are video games, television, movies, books, magazines, newspapers, facebook, youtube, twitter, blogs etc.
before i could sleep last night i had to update my facebook status, my twitter page, check five news sites, create a post on my blog, reply to eight emails, comment on a forum, watch the latest recommended clips on youtube and try to find out what google wave is really good for. i’m a true informasomniac.
