the way groups of people blame others for their own stupidity or inadequacies. for example, the way the french and germany blame uk for the all the cr-ps eu, blacks blaming whites in us, irish blaming drinking for their problems, arabs blaming israel for their chaos and moslems blaming christians, cubans blaming us for the sh-t of communism and castro, africans blaming colonialism instead of holding their leaders into account…say the list can go on forever!
