Jailitis
when a prisoner, while on his way to jail/at jail, all of sudden has ‘difficulty breathing’, ‘extremely high blood pressure’ or some other form of bogus medical condition. the prisoner by law must be taken to a comfortable hospital bed with free food to by cleared medically. this can often take hours – thus avoiding a cold cement cell a period of time.
