to return attention to ones self by thinking up a problem/illness/whatever else to essentially one up your friend who may have just explained a problem they are having. it’s extremely p-ss irritating attention seeking behaviour. you then text another friend to let them know that person is pulling a jexi (include lots of eye rolling emojis)
friend 1: ‘dude i have a splinter’
friend 2:’yeah but i have a cut and i’m pretty sure my arm is gonna fall off’
friend 1 text to a different friend: ‘mate she totally pulled a jexi and there’s nothing wrong with her’
