in 1989 the couple first laid eyes on each other. the ship was beautiful, and they became fiancés, but ended in 1993 when they were receiving too much hate for their age difference.

the couple was in the film, edward scissorhands in 1990 by the director, tim burton. the film was truly amazing. if only there were a sequel.

johnny depp also had a tattoo for winona that said ‘winona forever’, but after separating, he changed it to ‘wino forever’.

johnny depp said this about winona ryder: “i’d die for her. i love her so much. i don’t know what i’d do without her. she’s going through a lot right now. i wish i could just kiss away the pain, stop it, kill it! if she, you know, i don’t know what i’d do. i’d kill myself. i love that girl. i love her. i love her almost more than i love myself” (1989)
