jonathan halterman
jonathan halterman (aka jhalt or itsjhalt), is a software developer and ceo at frozenorb, llc and cheatbreaker, llc. he also owns a cs:go (counter-strike: global offensive) gaming organization known as dtf (down to frag).
he is the owner of many popular pvp (player versus player) servers, specifically pot (potion) pvp such as minehq (recently re-released) ultra (merged with minehq), veltpvp, arcane and others.
jonathan has gathered a reputation for delaying a lot of the projects he works on including server releases, server updates, etc. for example he has delayed the release of cheatbreak, a client-side anti-cheat for minecraft, for as long as two years (it has been released at last at the time of editing this definition).
