a busted -ss ugly chick. a person of the female gender that’s just too fat and ugly/fugly to not be made fun of. generally used as an insult and because the word is so obscure, one can get away with p-ssing saying ‘kluuug’ without the other person becoming offended because chances are they’ll have no idea what the h-ll you’re talking about. pr-nounced kay – lug like two separate words.
