Krautbomb
similar to red bull and jagermeister, a krautbomb is sauerkraut juice (preferably warm) served in a lowball gl-ss with a shot of jagermeister dropped into it. it was pioneered in 2010 at the hofbrau house “uberstein” in the chicago neighborhood of wicker park. the first krautbomb was consumed by odin olson though creation of the drink is credited to both olson and joshua pehlke.
