lacking a distinguished known dialect or accent…having an accent that is defined by having no distinguishing qualities and are rather robotic/monotone sounding…often pertaining to a typical american accent which knows no boundaries or areas.
one time i visited england…they made fun of my expressionless lackcent with their cl-ssy english accents.
