a laggydan is someone who experiences a slow and poor connection to the internet and is subjected to ridicules of his comrades and peers. this mostly happens in online games, on various platforms. this is a british saying and people in other countries may not understand what the term means. people tend to use laggydan as an insult to show their anger towards eachother.
guy1: wow, that guy is such a laggydan.
guy2: yes he should get this internet sorted out…
