“leccaculo” is an italian derogatory term for a lackey, a servile adulator. it is a compound word that literally means “-ss licker”, because italians imagine lackeys so pr-ne to satisfy the object of their adulation (a boss, a professor, etc.), that they could lick even the dirtiest part of his body.
