the act of posting memes concerning an event, while the event is taking place. livememing can take place during a presidential debate, a casual get-together with friends, or a cast-wide trip to tgi friday’s. most livememers use facebook as their host of choice for their memes, but other places, such as twitter or tumblr have also been seen utilizing this technique.
peter: “wow, roberto isn’t answering any of my calls or texts. what’s going on?”
ethan: “don’t worry, he’s livememing the presidential debate. he’ll be away from his phone for an hour at least.”
