the act of audibly laughing for an extended period of time to the point of getting a physical abdominal workout. (laughing so hard your abs start to hurt).
a : “hey, wanna go work out at the gym later?”
b : “nah, i’m feeling pretty lazy today…wanna go see jack-ss 3d instead? my friend told me he got some lolercise watching it.”
a : “yeah sure. i needed to work abs today anyway.”
