Love Drunk

when you are missing someone and you can’t get them out of your mind.. its like you become a complete mess constantly thinking about them, calling them, emailing, mysp-cing, facebooking, messaging trying to get a hold of them acting completely mad and ridiculous throwing all reason out the window
last week when i didn’t know where my g/f was i went completely love drunk trying to get a hold of her
when someone is completely in love, everything they do together feels so real, is so real. its like the perfect feeling to have in a relationship… completely head over heels for this person.

a word used to describe a particularly happy state of being in love.

the feeling you get right after being separated from the person you love, such as through saying goodbye after spending the day or night together, especially when it was particularly romantic throughout, or at the end before leaving. you start to miss them horribly even though you were just together, and you can’t think of anything but them, or focus on anything else but the time you spent together. zoning out, feeling like there’s a knot in your chest, being anxious, and generally being really happy and/or sad about both the time spent together and your not being with eachother like you were earlier are common symptoms.

to compare, it’s like literal drinking. after sixteen beers (or kissing, snuggling, s-x, or otherwise romance in general) you can’t simply stop drinking and decide you’re no longer drunk, you will still feel the affects of said drinking (or again, in this case, kissing, snuggling, etc.) and must slowly wind down from the earlier events.

-being in a state of total bliss (as if one is drunk) upon leaving the side of one’s most favorite person on the face of the earth,

-when the company of such person leaves one feeling weak in the knees; often accompanied by blurry vision and an increased heart rate.

-in extreme cases one may experience total loss of motor skills as well as kaleidoscopic vision while in a state of love.drunkedness.
i could hardly drive on the way home. i could barely see the lines on the road i was so love.drunk.
to go down on a girl, who has a yeast infection, and become intoxicated.
bill- i went down on jenny last night and i became lovedrunk.
matt- it sounds like she had a yeast infection.
bill- yeah, it was awesome!
