1.when eating mcdonalds, or after completing your meal, you get a sudden urge to vomit, usually comes after not comsuming the food for awhile.
2.after eating mcdonalds you feel fine, but you spontaneously vomit. usually comes after a cough, will tend to sneak up on you.
