McShotguns
a severe case of the sh-ts that, upon exit, resembles the sound of a shotgun being fired out of your -ss. usually caused by eating 4 or more dollar menu sandwiches in one sitting from including, but not limited to, mcdonalds.
“ughh i have the mcshotguns today.”
“what did you do? eat two mcchickens last night?”
“i don’t have the mcsh-ts.”
“two mcchickens and a mcdouble??”
“not the mcsplatters either.”
“you couldn’t possibly have eaten…”
