a derogatory term referencing a douchbag, dumb sh-t, who believes they are top of there game. an -sswipe who’s arrogance is only out weighed by there poor ideas or choices. having fooled upper management or company owners by a nonstop bombardment of lips to -ss, usually full of sh-t enough to be middle management. seen by all as a stack of useless meat glued together in human form.
i can’t believe -ssistant manager meat glue had all of us come in 30min early so he could over sleep and show up 10min late again.
