Meretrixen
a combination of the words “meretricious” (having the characteristics of a prost-tute) and “vixen” (a malicious, fierce-tempered woman). used to describe any rude woman of loose morals. it sounds much more scholarly than just saying “sk-nk”.
“i say, thadeus, i was quite bibulous at the local tavern when that meretrixen approached me. she slurred about how handsome i was, then became scarlet with rage when i refused to buy her further potations.”
