Midnight drop
where a ridiculous tune is played at a club or house party at the strike of twelve, and everyone goes mad. mostly used as a term by the hardcore dubstep crowd, but can be applicable with drum ‘n’ b-ss. the tempo and energy of the tune is usually drastically different to the last bunch of songs, and generally gets people in the mood.
