this phrase originated in 2008 and is an expression for what is commonly known as a “hand job.” this phrase is taking over in southwestern states, and is projected to replace handjob by 2010. if one’s d-ck is grabbed, but one does not c-m, then it does not count as “milking the chicken.” copyright lance mp 71490, 2008.
