a rhyming nickname for serbian dictator slobodan milosevic, also known as “slobo”. he is responsible for the most violent, destructive and genocidal wars since the holocaust during world war ii. he was finally deposed in 2000 after some rioting over fraudulant elections and the major -ss whipping his regime recieved in the kosovo war by nato. he was arrested and sent to the netherlands to be tried on several charges of war crimes, including genocide. he died in prison there in 2006. he pretty much caused the violent breakup of yugoslavia and his policies lead to the deaths of at least hundreds of thousands of innocent people. rot in h-ll, slobo you son-of-a-b-st-rd-b-tch. the devil has a hot pitchfork ready to be shoved up your -ss.
