in forumwarz’s flamebate (the forum part of the game), an online role playing game, this question is often asked, usually by people pretending to be r-t-rded. the poster of the question wants to post some images of dragons, what drives half of the people mad of anger. so all this is just for being annoying and as r-tarded as possible.
