(adj) foxy, feminine, bad-ss behaviors and appearances.

while a merely foxy lady may be found wearing fishnets and a long red scarf, a minxy lady will be found in similar attire, except reading a questionable book called “h-lltown” to homeless cowboys outside of a mysterious coffee-bar. -cough cough- epoch. minxy also implies not getting enough sleep, not getting enough s-x, and not getting enough romance, yet a true minx will appear to be getting too much of all three.

sometimes men can be minxy. but that means they are actually skeevy. minxy men wear leather.

minxy is often used to describe that which is j-panese, cute, and meowful. yet it is different from the overly cutesy and baby-ish kawaii-style used by young girls in j-pan. ex: h-llo kitty is very cute, but too baby-ish to be considered minxy. pink is not the minxiest color.

red is the minxiest color, followed by turquoise blue/teal.

minxy girls are pr-ne to giggle at themselves and the world and enjoy all of the fun, odd, delicious, and meowful things that life has to offer. =^.^=
