Moneyocracy
moneyocracy was a term coined in a song by d.l. (david leonard) richardson: meaning that it is a government ruled by money. the amount of power and influence any given person has in such a government is determined by how much money and influence they have as a result of that money. capitalism is a moneyocracy.
line from the moneyocracy song: “moneyocracy, moneyocracy, behind a cool disguise called democracy”; we are fooled into thinking we live in a democracy but we really live in a moneyocracy. a capitalistic society is really a moneyocracy, not a democracy.
