Morimoto
masaharu morimoto (森本 正治) is a famous chef.
he was born in hiroshima, j-pan.
he was interested in cooking from a young age,
so he opened up a restaurant in j-pan in 1980.
in 1985 morimoto sold the restaurant so he could go to america.
he then opened a restaurant in new york city,
and now morimoto often appears in the food network show “iron chef america”
he is well known for preparing traditional j-panese dishes.
