Muraqba
‘muraqba’ is a derivation of arabic word raqab meaning to watch. muraqba as technology is that art of meditation in which activities of mind are watched and given a chance to grow and nurture. it allows us to develop and tune our senses to grasp the limitlessly vast world, seen and unseen, around and beyond. thus, muraqba, on one hand, develop our mind and, on the other, sharpens the senses to an extent whence we can reach even the inaccessible.
