the quintessence of muslim humor would be the worldwide, dismally-joyless, flagrantly-hysterical, and depressingly-violent over-reaction to the mild lampooning of the “prophet” muhammad’s image in 12 danish editorial cartoons, several of which mocked islam’s founder, the most notorious being a black and white drawing that depicted one “stereotypical muhammad” as a ‘bomb-turban’-wearing proto-terroristic figure.
