to involve oneself in the business of others; to look through someone else’s things.
i caught jimmy nebbing through my drawers yesterday. i bet he was looking for money.

i saw a pack of nebs last night rocking off the shouldur sweater and drinking mad blackberry schnapps and keystone light. i think they almost raped my younger brother and got into a fight with his girlfriend.
