1.to completely over complicate even the simplest task, especially pertaining to things that required no fixing whatsoever. to take something needing a small modification and f-ck it up beyond all recognition. in order to properly “neil it” the individual must have no f-cking clue how stupid they are being and in fact have no doubt what they are doing is genius.
2. to create a horribly sh-tty solution to a problem that has already been solved cleverly long ago.
