1. a variation of the neuropsychiatric disorder tourette syndrome, in which the person’s phonic tic is “n-gg-.”
2. a condition in which a whitey foolishly decides that he can yell the word “n-gg-” whenever he likes.
3. when one has watched too much chappelle’s show, the movie friday, or has listened extensive amounts of rap music, and unwittingly uses the word “n-gg-” in normal conversation.
he called me a n-gg-. right before i popped a cap in his honkey–ss head, i was informed that he had n-gg- tourettes. i dropped my piece and apologized for the misunderstanding.
