an acronym for “n-gg- is you serious?” it’s a saying or a look you get when someone says something incredibly stupid or asinine. something that make you wonder if their brain functions normally. maybe they have a baby’s brain.

it’s a game in utah, you play it like the slug bug game if you see a n-gg-r in utah you call “niu” and punch the person next to you.
