Nonwhisperer
an individual who speaks to another at a normal conversational volume during the course of a lecture or other event for which whispering would be appropriate, but apparently wholeheartedly believes they are actually whispering.
since joe is a nonwhisperer, the entire cl-ss could hear as he told the person next to him that he slept with the teacher the night before.
