this is like a hamburger or cheeseburger, but with chicken nuggets instead of beef. it is a popular food among israelis who immigrate to the united states because it is kosher (when not served with cheese). although it is challenging to eat due to the individual nuggets contained within the bread, it is a tasty foodstuff.
