nutty ninth
a derogatory nickname/putdown given to the united states court of appeals for the ninth circuit. this “ninth federal circuit” covers the states of alaska, arizona, california, guam, hawaii, idaho, montana, nevada, northern mariana islands, and washington. also known as the “ninth circus court”, this judicial body has been packed with leftist judges by former president barrack obama.
the nutty ninth is also known for making judicial decisions that stray somewhere to the left of common sense. over eighty percent of their cases are reversed by the next higher court, which is the united states supreme court. liberal lawyers often go judge-shopping to the nutty ninth. conservative lawyers usually can plan for an appeal to the us supreme court even before their appeal at the nutty ninth is over.
the nutty ninth has no respect for the law or the us const-tution; only for the democratic party, judicial activism, and their own “feelings” about what the law “should” be.
